The SWMC-X45-DTH hydraulic down-the-hole drilling rig integrates the performance advantages of many models, high efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection. It is suitable for blasting operations in open-pit mines and quarries with various hardness rocks in the diameter range of 90-130mm .

This machine can be equipped with BSC or imported Sullivan-Palatek two-stage screw air compressor, with abundant flow, stable pressure, fast perforation speed, energy-saving and fuel-saving; it adopts Yuchai EFI engine of National III emission standard. The automatic hydraulic connecting and unloading rod device is simple and easy to operate. Adopt Eton imported propulsion and lifting motor, integrated design of motor and brake, large output torque, compact structure, safe and reliable; imported hydraulic components are reliable, durable, low failure rate and easy to maintain. The shock absorber installed in front of the rotary power head extends the service life of the rotary mechanism and the impactor, and reduces the wear and tear of the drill thread; the high manganese steel slide rail has better wear resistance and more durable.

Automatic rod-changer
Automatic rode-changer, the number of storage rods is 5+1 pieces.The standard configuration is 3m drill rod. (Optional 4m drill rod)
It adopts the Maltese structure, the rotating rod library is driven by a motor, and the rod clamping manipulator is controlled by an oil cylinder. The action is simple and easy to use, and the failure rate is low. It saves you the trouble of frequent manual connection and unloading of rods, simple and flexible control, reduces auxiliary manpower, eliminates safety hazards, and directly reduces investment costs.

Cab
The cab provides a spacious, comfortable and safe operating environment for the operator. It has a good drilling vision, an intensive design of electronic control buttons and hydraulic handles, a reasonable layout, and simple and easy-to-control.

Engine
The engine adopts Guangxi Yuchai EFI engine with a power of 191Kw and national three emission standards, which is highly efficient and environmentally friendly. The engine speed automatic adjustment technology is characterized by fuel saving and environmental protection. The injection system is automatically controlled.The compressed air is used to automatically flush the air intake filter when the power is cut off every day. The design avoids the secondary pollution caused by manual flushing and reduces the maintenance time of the rig.

Air compressor
The air compressor is matched with BSC or Sullivan-Palatek imported two-stage screw air compressor. The output air pressure is 1.7Mpa and the displacement is 14m³/Min. When drilling 90-140mm holes, it has low energy consumption and high speed. It Equipped with unloading automatic control technology to reduce fuel consumption.

Traveling motor
The high-quality walking motor is matched with 350mm widened single-reinforced track shoes, which has strong power and gradeability and stable walking mechanism. The chassis adopts a hydraulic leveling mechanism, which has strong adaptability to working conditions and is durable.

Dust removal device
The standard configuration of the 16-filter two-stage dry high-efficiency dust removal system (optional high-pressure water dust removal system) meets the national environmental protection requirements, which effectively reduces dust, which not only protects the working environment, but also prevents dust from harming workers. The pulse controller can accurately control the blowing time of the filter element, and the built-in high-quality filter material improves the dust collection ability.
