● FEATURES
SWMC-X5-DTH Seperated crawler mounted automatic rod change system surface hydraulic drilling rig with cab
SWMC-X5 drilling rig calculation optimization design,development and application of power matching and load adaptation system, realizes the power matching of power system from power to pump to load, effectively reduce the energy consumption of the whole machine, and ensures the performance and high reliability of the whole machine. It is suitable for large and medium open pit mines such as cement, metallurgy, coal mine and quarries.
1. Automatic connecting and unloading rod device of split hydraulic surface down-the-hole drilling rig
The drill rod storage device can accommodate five drill rods, which can achieve the deepest drilling depth over 18 meters with a 3-meter drill rod. The automatic connecting and unloading rod device means that the overall project time can be saved.
2. Cab of split hydraulic surface down-the-hole drilling rig
The safe and comfortable cab provides the operator with a broad vision, and the operator can safely support and control the drilling state, and directly carry out pipe change and drilling operations.
3. off-road capability
The floating articulated chassis can realize(±15 degree）self-adaptive floating, and the maximum climbing ability can reach 30 degree.
