Diesel engine

Steering & braking

Multiple-dise oil steering clutches with starting spring by towing force and hydraulically actuated operation

Oil two-direction floating band brakes with mechanical foot pedals.

The steering and brake of the loader are pedal linkage controlled.

Steering and braking controlled by a fool pedal for each track.The middle pedalprovides braking left and right simultaneousty.

A segment stopping pawl is welded beneath the middle pedal to lock down for parking.

Transmission

Constant mesh with helical gears, coupling sleeve shift with double levers

 control mechanism. Travel speed (in theory @ 1800 RPM engine speed):

Undercarriage

Inner beam and outer beam of track roller frame are box-section welded ofchannel and plate steel. The ear part of track roller frames are connected with main frume and final drives, the middle portion are connected with the front bar, thus the nigid suspension construction of the machine is fomed.

The idlers, single and double flange track rollers and carier rollers are mounted with long-service life, well-sealed Duo-Cone floating ring seals consisting of two special alloy cast iron rings and two special”O”rings.

Sealed and lubricated track

A sealed lubricating arrangement holds oil between track pin and bushing contact surfaces, so the track pin is surrounded with lubricant to virtually eliminate the wear of pin and bushing and noticeably reduce the track noise. The split master link makes assembly and disassembly of track less time consuming, repair and maintenance much easier.

CAB(weight 0.4t)

The cab with adjustable seat features low noise and wide visible range and contains electrical fan.

Implement

The bucket implement is a general purpose bucket with positive linkage consunuction, consists of bucket, ann link rods, lift cylinders and rilt cylinders.

When the service men work under the under the implement for service, the arm should be lift and locked on the lift position, it can avoid personal injury. The loader has the lock parts to lock parts to lock the implement
