· Compared with the traditional split drilling rig, the SWDS 140D drilling rig has higher safety and reliability, and greatly reduces labor costs.
· The SWDS 140D drilling rig can be equipped with varied brand of air compressors. Different pressures and air displacements are selected when drilling different holes to ensure a higher perforation speed and a lower energy consumption level.
· The engine of the SWDS 140D drilling rig is installed vertically, and the maintenance points are easy to access, and the maintenance is easier. The turbocharged water-cooled engine meets the National III emission standards and can provide a maximum of 125 horsepower.
· The SWDS 140D drilling rig uses a tilt cab and is equipped with air-conditioning, which can meet the requirements of the operation under different climatic conditions. The tilt cab reduces dust adhesion, makes cleaning easier, has good sound insulation, and indoor noise can be reduced to below 80db.
· Automatic rod changing device, 5+1 rods, rod size 76 or 89mm, and the length of drill rod is 3m. Double clamping device, large moment of clamping rod when unloading the rod, to prevent premature wear of the drill rod.
· The load sensing system composed of plunger pump, multi-way valve and hydraulic handle has low power loss and much higher efficiency than conventional gear pump systems. It has low heat generation, high efficiency, low power loss, and is more energy-saving and fuel-efficient.
· The frame body adopts the gravity axis device, which reduces the friction when walking, has high flexibility and strong gradeability. Standard dry dust removal, effectively collects cuttings, reduces dust pollution, and protects the environment and the health of workers.
